The Angel Buns Bakeshop logo has been the same for 14yrs. On February 18, 2010 Angel Buns will be 15 yrs old. We are planning to change our logo and we need your help. Yes you...let your creation be part of our history.

You can submit as many logos as you want. All logos must have the color pink. You can use a maximum of 3 colors.Just email it to angelbuns_08@yahoo.com. Submission starts on June 1- August 18 2009. Please include your name, your preferred email address, your website (if any) and your address.

The winning logo will then be the new logo of Angel Buns. And the winner would receive Php4,000.00.

We will be posting submitted logos every Monday. This does not mean anything, we just want people to see your work. All submitted logos have an equal chance of winning. Got it?... good.

Angel Buns Bakeshoppe: A History

Established in 1995, Angel Buns Bakeshoppe started as a humble establishment with big dreams. Initially, production was assisted by Unilever Phils., then the leading manufacturer of high quality fats and oils. Under the supervision and training of experienced and highly-competent baking technicians, the US Wheat Associates, top-quality and delectable breads and pastries were produced using the premium products of Unilever.

Over the years, Angel Buns Bakeshoppe was introduced to the markets of Negros Oriental and Siquijor Island via retail distribution to various selected customers and outlets in these areas.

Eventually, many of the local snack outlets in the city, particularly those serving hamburgers and hotdogs, found the Angel Buns breads to be among the best in the area and it was not long before these food outlets sourced their hamburger and hotdog buns from Angel Buns. Scooby's, Sans Rival, all Burger Delights outlets, Hoy Lugaw, Mamita's, Qyosko, Antulang Beach Resort and Hotel, and La Libertad Hamburgers all serve Angel Buns bread buns.

The top quality of Angel Buns products is recognized not only by local establishments but also by the country's number one fastfood chain, Jollibee Foods. Angel Buns Bakeshoppe has been Jollibee's main supplier of burger and hotdog buns since the fastfood giant first opened its doors in Dumaguete. Continuing its partnership with Angel Buns, Jollibee today operates three branches in the city with another three outlets slated to open in the next few years: in the soon-to-operate Robinson's Place-Dumaguete, and the neighboring cities of Tanjay and Bayawan.

Angel Buns Bakeshoppe is also known for its other quality breads and pastries. In the years that followed, more products were slowly introduced in the market such as the Otap, Biscocho de Caña, Garlic and Cheese Stick Breads, Butterscotch, Brownies, to name a few. Many of these food items are now available in supermarkets and other selected outlets in the city.

Angel Buns Bakeshoppe also creates delicious cakes and sweets. The bakeshop now accepts orders for cakes for weddings, birthdays, and all other special occasions.

Recognizing the many milestones that we have achieved over the past 14 years, this year 2009, Angel Buns Bakeshoppe has strengthened by reorganizing to become Angel Buns Bakeshoppe Corporation (ABBC). This will enable us to better serve our customers by aiming for more product innovations and more personalized service.

In support of this incorporation, ABBC is launching a Logo Design Contest to mark its new beginning for a brighter tomorrow. The ANGEL is now flying to a HIGHER LEVEL…

The ABBC motto is no mere advertising statement but a testament of what we consistently endeavor our products to be – "Simply Delicious, Heavenly Satisfying”.
